Ronald Eisenbise

Funeral services for Ronald Glen Eisenbise of Albert Lea, MN, will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, February 17, 2018 at the Salem Lutheran Church in Albert Lea. Pastor Erica Cunningham will officiate. Visitation will be held Friday evening from 5 until 7 PM at Bonnerup Funeral Service and one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will be in Graceland Cemetery. Military honors will be accorded by the Albert Lea Area Veterans Groups. Ron died Monday, February 12, 2018 at Mayo Health Systems Albert Lea, MN. He was 78 years of age. Ron was born March 31, 1939 in Bricelyn, MN, the son of Leslie and Amanda (Rake) Eisenbise. He graduated from Albert Lea High School and attended college at Mankato State. Ron was Career Military and served in the US Army and US Navy. He had been a member of the Zion Lutheran Church and Salem Lutheran Churches in Albert Lea. Ron was a lifetime member of the VFW, DAV and the Am Vets. He enjoyed fishing and hunting and especially visiting friends and family. Ron is survived by his daughters Debra (Ron) Hanson of Westminster, MD, Joni (Jose) Duenes of Albert Lea, MN, LaRae Strom (Reed Tostenson) of Bemidji, MN, grandchildren; Alex (Rebecca) Hanson, Nick (Emily) Hanson, Scott Strom, Jade Burns (Randy Christensen), Casey Strom, Savanah Strom, Presley Duenes and Dane Duenes. Also surviving are four great grandchildren; Natalie Hanson, Grace Hanson, Grace Christensen and Adalynn Hanson, three sisters; Sharon (Dennis) Overland of Twin Lakes, MN, Carmen (Thomas) Erickson of Brooklyn Park, MN, LaRita (Danny) Chavez of Las Vegas, NV, and one brother in law John Light. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Donna Light and a brother in infancy.
