Mildred Seberson

The funeral service for Mildred Irene Seberson will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, February 22, 2005 at Grace Lutheran Church, Albert Lea, MN. The Reverend John Henriksen will officiate. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-7 PM Monday at Bonnerup Funeral Service and one hour before the service at the church.



Mildred died on Friday, February 18, 2005 at Thorne Crest Retirement Center, Health Care Wing, Albert Lea, MN. She was 85 years old.



Mildred was born in Manchester, MN on February 16, 1920, the daughter of Carl and Emelia (Vestby) Tukua. She attended school in Freeborn County, MN.



On November 25, 1936 she was united in marriage with Ruben Seberson in Northwood, Iowa. They were charter members of Grace Lutheran Church.



Mildred had worked for Wilson & Co for 17 A� years, retiring in 1960. Her family meant the world to her and she loved to cook their favorite meals.



Mildred is survived by one daughter, Gloria Ugland of Albert Lea, MN; one son, Larry Seberson of Hope, AK; seven grandchildren: Lori (Terry) Burhalter of La Junta, CO, Rick Seberson of La Junta, CO, Mitch (Alaina) Ugland of Plano, TX, Kurt Ugland of Dallas, TX, Tim Seberson of Napa, CA, Michelle (Mike) Held of Portland, OR, Larry, Jr (Shelley) Seberson of Nashville, TN; eleven great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren; one sister, Alma Philips of Cedar Rapids, IA; one brother-in-law, LaVerne (Eileen) Seberson of Albert Lea, MN; nieces and nephews.



She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ruben in 1999; son, Lowell Seberson; grandson, Scott Seberson; one brother, Ben Tukua; five sisters: Illa Metcalfe, Evelyn Spilde, Inez Gilbertson, Ardis Singer, Lorraine Gorman; three siblings in infancy: Orla, Orville, and Agnes



Mildred will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Blessed be her memory.
