Michael was born on October 23, 1953 in Mount Vernon, IL to Gilbert and Vada (Munsell) Smith.
He is survived by his brother, Dennis (Judy) Smith and preceded in death by his parents.
Interment will be at Hillcrest Cemetery in Albert Lea, MN.
