Martin Rosas, 55 of Albert Lea, MN, passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 24, 2017 at his home following a courageous battle with cancer.
Martin Rosas Sanchez was born on September 29, 1962 in Mexico City, Mexico. He was raised by his grandparents in Mexico City where he graduated and attended the Law Enforcement Academy.
Martin worked at Cargill in Albert Lea for nine years. He enjoyed walking his dogs "Cookie and Tony" and watch the soccer games on TV and watch TV Land, he had a green thumb for his "purple" passion.
Martin is survived by his wife Carmen Duenes Rosas of 26 years of marriage, four step daughters and one step son; Anna Schmid of Lubbock, TX, Noemi Rosas, Maria Miranda, Michelle Lopez and Miguel Duenes Ortiz Jr. There are 17 grandchildren.
Martin will be sadly missed by his "best friend and children" Benito and Maria Espinoza and his two dogs Tony and Cookie who were his pride and joy.
