Lucille Hansen

Funeral services for Lucille A. Hansen of Albert Lea , MN , will be held at 10:30 Am Wednesday, May 27, 2009 at Our Saviors Lutheran Church in Albert Lea , MN . Pastor Wayne Halvorson will officiate. Visitation will be held Tuesday evening from 4 until 7 PM at the Bonnerup Funeral Service 525 West Clark St, and one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will be in Hillcrest Cemetery .

Mrs. Hansen died Thursday evening at the ThorneCrest Retirement Center in Albert Lea. She was 87 years of age.

Lucille was born March 18, 1922 in LeSeuer , MN , the daughter of Art and Ester Zellmer. She attended parochial school at St Peter Bell Lutheran Church School in LeSeuer County . She was baptized and confirmed at the St Peter Bell Lutheran Church and was currently a member of Our Saviors Lutheran Church and was active in the Ladies Aid and Rebecca Sewing Circle .

Lucille had been employed by the Wilson Company for 15 years.

In her free time, Lucille enjoyed going up north fishing.

She is survived by her sons; Steven of Albert Le, MN and David of Sydney, NB. Grandchildren are Jennifer, Charles and Matt Hansen and Billie Jo Wilkenson. Great Grandchildren include; Hailey, Drew and Gavin Wilkenson. One sister Gladys Richter and many nieces, nephews and cousins also survive her.

Lucille was preceded in death by her parents, husband Harold, brother Glenn Zellmer and brother in law; Walter Richter.
