A memorial service for Lori Beighley will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, October 29, 2018 at St. Theodore Catholic Church in Albert Lea. Father Kurt Farrell will officiate. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at church. Interment will be in St. Theodore Catholic Cemetery.
Loretta "Lori" Beighley, age 63, passed away peacefully at Woodbury Health Care Center on Wednesday, October 24, 2018. She was born on March 15, 1955 to parents Albert and JoAnn (Balfe) Stegenga in Albert Lea, Minnesota. Lori was a lifelong resident of Albert Lea and a member of St. Theodore Catholic Church. She graduated from Albert Lea High School and continued her education at Riverland Community College.
Lori was a pharmacy technician at Snyder's Drug Store in Albert Lea for over 25 years. She then went on to work for ten years at Fleet Guard. Lori was a member of the Eagles Auxiliary and a proud supporter of the Humane Society. In her free time Lori enjoyed riding her Harley Davidson motorcycle and spending time with her dog and her family.
Survivors include her mother, JoAnn Stegenga; daughter and son-in-law, Shelly and Scott Freemyer; grandchildren, Erin and Trevor; brothers, Dan Stegenga, Ron (Wendy) Stegenga, and Jim (Chris) Stegenga; her dog, Oscar; and many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her father, Albert; stillborn baby, Crystal; and her beloved dogs.
