Memorial services for LeVerne O. Miller will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Sunday, June 2nd, at Bonnerup Funeral Home, Albert Lea, MN with a visitation one hour prior to the service. Pastor Shawn Stafford will officiate.
LeVerne Miller died on May 29, 2013 at his home in Freeborn, MN. He was 74 years old.
LeVerne was born on March 4, 1939 in Freeborn, MN. The son of Serinus and Margaret (Hansen) Miller. He attended public school and was a Freeborn County Resident all of his life. On March 3, 1973 he was united in marriage to Linda Knutson at the Bricelyn Lutheran Church.
LeVerne was a member of the Hartland Evangelical Lutheran Church. After marriage, he farmed before going to work for Farmstead for over 40 years. He was a member of the Eagles, and enjoyed to garden, playing cards, and casino trips. He loved his pet dogs, and family was very important to him. Especially his grandkids. LeVerne was a hard worker, and never complained.
He is survived by his children, Chuck Miller of Freeborn, Chris (Melissa) Miller of Dodge Center, Dan (Terra) Miller of Freeborn, Jennie (Jeremiah) Howard of Badger, SD, and Abby (Marcus) Christopherson of Geneva; grandchildren, Britnei, Logan, Levi, Lucas, Madelyn, CJ, Tim, Mason, Alex, Meha, and Mayleigh; great grandchildren, Tobias, and Sophia; siblings, Curtis (Shirley) Miller of Freeborn, Irene (Rick) Lavine of Minden, IA, and Norman (Georgia) Miller of Inver Grove Heights; nieces and nephews; and other loving relatives and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Serinus and Margaret Miller.
