The memorial service for Larry Carlson of Albert Lea, MN will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, April 15, 2011 at Bonnerup Funeral Service Chapel, Albert Lea. Pastor Curtis Zieske will officiate. Visitation will be from 5-7 PM Thursday at Bonnerup Funeral Service.
Larry died Monday, April 11, 2011 at St. Johna�(TM)s Lutheran Home, Albert Lea.
He was 60 years old.
Larry was born in Chicago, IL on June 15, 1950, the son of Alvin and Belle (Eva) (Campbell) Carlson. He has been a resident of Freeborn Co. most of his life. Larry was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Albert Lea. He was married to Judy Fisher on September 27, 1980 in Albert Lea, MN.
Larry had worked at Queen Stoves, Schweigert Co., Star Granite Works and Wal Mart.
He enjoyed Nascar Racing, was a Vikinga�(TM)s fan and enjoyed playing pool, cribbage, cards and camping.
Larry is survived by his wife, Judy of Albert Lea; children: Tiffany Carlson of Albert Lea, MN, Tammy (Jeremy) Hall of Albert Lea, MN; grandchildren: Madison Herrera, Jacylyn Hall, Matthew Hall; brothers and sisters: twin brother, Terry Carlson of Winnebago, MN, Mark (Jane) Carlson of St. Peter, MN, Mary Lou (John) Penley of Albert Lea, MN, Linda (Calvin) Beebe of Rochester, MN, Kim Seadland of Albert Lea, MN; numerous nieces and nephews; brother-in-law, Richard Fisher of Alden, MN; sister-in-law, Joyce (Dave) Swanson of Albert Lea, MN.
Larry was preceded in death by his parents, Alvin and Belle Carlson.
