The Funeral Service for Joshua F. Hruza, 19, of Albert Lea, will be held at 3:00 P.M. on Friday, June 2, at
Bonnerup Funeral Service, Albert Lea. The Reverend John Mitchem will officiate. Friends may visit with
family from 11:00 until the time of the service at the funeral home on Friday. Interment will be at a later date in Conger Cemetery. Josh left us unexpectedly on Friday, May 26, 2017. He was born on September 4, 1997, in Albert Lea, the son of Dale Hruza and Gina Miller. He attended Sibley, Southwest and Albert Lea High School. Josh was a delivery driver for many area businesses including HyVee, Erberts and Gerberts and most recently Godfather's, to name a few. His real passion was rap music, he wrote several pieces and loved performing. Put a microphone in Josh's hand and you could see the joy it brought him. He also enjoyed skateboarding, jogging, free running, lifting weights, tricking, and working on cars.
Josh will be greatly missed by his father Dale Hruza of Conger, MN, his mother Gina Miller of Albert Lea,
brother Matt Hruza of Albert Lea, grandparents: Ida Hruza of Conger and Paul and JoAnn Miller of Albert Lea; aunts and uncles: Jerry Miller of St. Paul, MN, Don and Lori Hruza of Oahu, Hawaii, Randy and Diane (Hruza) Andrews of Rochester, MN, Debby LaCore and special friend Paul Kohman, also of Rochester, and many cousins, great aunts and uncles and a host of friends.
Josh was preceded in death by his baby brother William, grandfather Frank Hruza and great grandparents.
Josh's zest for life and ability to light up a room will always be remembered.
