Henry Komoszewski

A memorial service for Henry "Hank" Komoszewski will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, February 11, 2017 at the Bonnerup Funeral Service Chapel, Albert Lea. Rocky Trail and Kraig Westendorf will officiate. Visitation will take place one hour before the service.
Hank passed away at Prairie Senior Cottage in Albert Lea on Sunday, February 5, 2017. He was 63 years old.
Henry Leo Komoszewski was born on February 12, 1953 in Wells, MN to Kazimierz and Anna (Spyra) Komoszewski. Hank attended and graduated from Albert Lea High School in 1971, where he played on varsity football and basketball teams with one them state champions. He continued his education at RCJC in Rochester. After his schooling, Hank settled in Albert Lea, where he worked successfully in car sales.
Hank was a member of the Eagles Club, as well as a Chamber Member for a number of years. Throughout his entire life, Hank had a passion for sports. Hank picked up golf later on in his life. When he wasn't playing sports, he was watching them on TV. He enjoyed watching the Minnesota Twins and Vikings. He also enjoyed traveling.
He is preceded in death by both of his parents; a sister, Mary Ann Ellis; and many extended relatives.
Hank is survived by his siblings, John (Georgia) Komoszewski and Jean Komoszewski; nephews, J. Ed (Shelley) Komoszewski, Jim (Christen) Komoszewski, and Ryon McCamish; as well as many other loving relatives and friends.
