Remembering the life of Frances Meister....
The Funeral Service for Frances (Meyer) Meister of Albert Lea,
will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 18, 2004 at
Bonnerup Funeral Service in Albert Lea. Pastor Kent Otterman will
officiate. Interment will be in Graceland Cemetery. Visitation will be
one hour before the service at Bonnerup Funeral Service.
Frances died on Saturday, August 14, 2004 at the Good Samaritan Center
in Albert Lea. She was 88.
She was born on October 23, 1915, in Ellsworth, WI., the daughter of Mathias and Matilda (Yanisch) Meyer. She married
Charles Meister on June 29, 1938.
Frances was an active member of the Eastern Star, the V.F.W. Auxiliary, and First Lutheran?s women?s circles.
Frances enjoyed doing needlework and gardening.
She is survived by one son Charles (Lorna) Meister; two grandchildren:
Steven (Kristi) Kreun, Tamara (Rodney) Spooner; eight great
grandsons: Steven, Jonathan, William, Joseph, and Timothy Kreun,
Taylor, Trevor and Tanner Spooner.
Frances was preceded in death by her husband Charles in 1998, daughter Janet in 1957, her parents, and 4 brothers and one sister.
She will be sadly missed by her family.
