Denise Connors

Denise Joy Connors, of Albert Lea, passed away peacefully on December 1, 2020. She was 65 years old. She was born  in Norfolk, VA on January 17, 1955 to Lawrence and Patricia (Anderson) LeTourneau. Denise graduated from high school in Motley, MN and eventually moved near the Twin Cities. She worked for many years as a property manager, and for over 10 at the Sandalwood Apartments in West St. Paul.

Denise was a proud member of Alcoholics Anonymous and she was sober for over 25 years. She loved attending the dances that AA would put on, and that’s where she met her partner of over 30 years, Bill McCarthy. Denise loved a good cup of coffee and you could always find her watching the ID channel.

She will be remembered as an ‘Everyday Angel’ and will be forever missed.

Denise is survived by her partner, Bill McCarthy; sons, Randy (Carol) Connors, Frank Connors, Shawn (Gert) Connors, and Philip (Jennifer) Connors; grandchildren, Starr, Cheyenne, Chris, Justine, Frank III, Tessa, Thorne, Andrea and Alex; brothers, Larry (Becky) LeTourneau and Kerry LeTourneau and her sister Pat (Steve) Echevarria.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence and Patricia; brother, Jesse LeTourneau and her sister Stella Sauson.

Due to Covid-19, family is having a private service with a future burial in California.
