David Williams

The funeral service for David Allen Williams of Albert Lea, Minnesota will be 10:00 AM. Saturday, January 29, 2011 at Bonnerup Funeral Service, Albert Lea. The Reverend Kent Otterman will officiate. Visitation will be 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Saturday, Morning. Interment will be in Fairview Cemetery Oakland, Minnesota. David died Tuesday, January 25, 2011 at St. Mary's Hospital, Rochester, MN. He was 70 years old. David was born September 8, 1940 in Austin, Minnesota to Ralph A. and Frances "Dolly" (Kerwin) Williams. He attended Albert Lea High School and Marseilles High School. David has resided in the Albert Lea and the surrounding areas until the past three years where he has lived at the Good Samaritan Center. He worked for 40 years for Wilson's and Farmstead. He also worked for the New Richland Care Center. David enjoyed bowling, riding motorcycles, music, and sports. David is survived by a daughter: Elly Chicos and her husband Tom of Albert Lea, Minnesota, two sons: Derek Williams and his wife Stacy of Owatonna, Minnesota and Michael Williams of Arizona; four grandchildren: Tyler, Zac, Kacy and Spencer. David is preceded in death by his father: Ralph Williams.
