Craig Larson

A memorial service for Craig will be held at 11:00AM on Saturday, December 7th with lunch following. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service. The gatherings will be held at Bonnerup Funeral Service, Albert Lea. A private interment will be at Graceland Cemetery at a later date. Craig was born on August 19, 1956, the son of Corwin and Doris (Heine) Larson, Albert Lea. His parents presented him for baptism and he was confirmed in his faith at First Lutheran Church in Albert Lea. Craig attended the Albert Lea School system and completed the refrigeration program at Albert Lea Vo-Tech. He trained for and received his pilot's license. Craig enlisted in the U.S. Army, served our country in Europe and was honorably discharged. He also enjoyed photography, working with computers and small motors. During his life, Craig tried to combine these interests with his jobs. He manufactured items on a small scale and marketed them on-line. Craig E. Larson died at his home in Albert Lea, MN on Sunday, November 10, 2013 from heart related issues. Craig will be missed by his sister Jodi and her husband Larry Porter of Northwood, IA; niece Kathy Porter, Northfield, MN; nephew John Porter, Northwood; his goddaughter Amy Boullion of Blooming Prairie; as well as his aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents Corwin and Doris Larson.
