Obituary: Carolyn Jane Wulff
The funeral service for Carolyn Jane Wulff of Rushford, Minnesota will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday at the Church of Jesus Christ Of Latter Day Saints, Preston, Minnesota. Branch President Steven Voigt will officiate. Interment will be in Alden Cemetery, Alden, Minnesota. Visitation will be from 7-9 p.m. Friday at Bonnerup Funeral Service, Albert Lea, Minnesota and one hour before the service at the church.
Carolyn died Tuesday, October 5, 2004 at the Gunderson Lutheran Hospital, La Crosse, Wisconsin. She was 67 years old.
Carolyn was born August 4, 1937 near Douthard?s Creek, Pocahontas County, West Virginia. She met her future husband Bruce Wulff on a blind date in Washington DC. They were married August 9, 1957 and resided at Norfolk, Virginia and then spent most of her life at Albert Lea, Minnesota. Carolyn and Bruce moved to Rushford, Minnesota about five years ago. She was active in her church. Carolyn enjoyed traveling by motorcycle across the US and Canada. She also enjoyed sewing and quilting and genealogy.
Carolyn is survived by her husband Bruce Wulff of Rushford, Minnesota; two daughters: Meka Byrne and her special friend Mark McGrady of Gurneville, California; Karen Snodgrass and her husband Joseph of San Diego, California; three grandchildren: Macy, Crystal and Mason McCall; brother and sister-in-law: Joe and Marla Sharp of Vinton, Virginia.; and many cousins.
Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents.
