Caroline Sofules

The Funeral Service of Caroline Sofules, of Albert Lea will be held at

11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, November 4, 2009 at Salem Lutheran Church . The Reverend Jeff Lager-Hagemeister will officiate. Interment will be in Graceland Cemetery . Visitation will be one hour before the service at the church. Caroline died on Thursday, October 29, at St. John’s Lutheran Home. She was 76. She was born on October 27, 1933, in Albert Lea , the daughter of Mike and Hazel J. ( Anderson ) Sofules. She was baptized and confirmed at Salem Lutheran Church and completed her education at Albert Lea High School . Caroline loved her time at St. John’s Lutheran Home, partaking in and enjoying all the activities. She enjoyed the solace and comfort of the garden areas. Caroline will be greatly missed by her twin sister Marian, who also resides at St. John’s Lutheran Home, many cousins and her “family” at St. John’s . She was preceded in death by her parents.
