Brian Severtson

Brian C. Severtson, loving father, age 57, of Waseca, passed away unexpectedly in Ortonville, MN on Tuesday, September 23, 2014. Brian was born in Albert Lea on November 2, 1956 to Carol and Patricia Severtson. He graduated high school from Glenville in 1975. Brian lived in Albert Lea many years and worked at Farmstead. Brian enjoyed spending time hunting and fishing. In his younger years, he guided fishing trips on Lake of the Woods for Sportsman's Lodge. In his later years, he bought the B.S. Bar in Myrtle, MN.

Brian will be missed by his sons, Blaine & Garrett Severtson of Ortonville, MN; father, Carol Severtson of Albert Lea, MN; brothers, Michael Severtson of Albert Lea and Bill (Sandy) Severtson of Kandiyohi, MN; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, Daniel Severtson and mother, Patricia Severtson.

A memorial service for Brian Severtson will be held at 10 AM Saturday, September 27, 2014 at Bonnerup Funeral Service in Albert Lea, MN. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
